At the Builders Association of Southern Oregon (BASO), we believe great communities start with great builders—and the people who support them. As a non-profit trade organization, we unite the talent, skill, and expertise of builders, remodelers, suppliers, subcontractors, lenders, title companies, real estate professionals, and others who make Southern Oregon’s growth possible.

Our mission? To have our members’ backs while raising the bar for the entire building industry. We champion quality, integrity, and innovation—because when the industry succeeds, our whole community benefits.

Through hands-on education, strong advocacy, and smart policy work, BASO helps our members deliver construction that’s safe, sustainable, and affordable. Together, we’re building a stronger Southern Oregon, one project at a time.
